Messy data in. Verified data out.
exPardus builds a verified data layer for businesses and property in Central Asia, starting in Almaty. A small team, two engines, and one rule for everything we say: checked, not claimed.
What we are building
In Almaty it is hard to know which rental listings are real, and small businesses rarely see or own the data about their own customers. We think both come from the same thing: data nobody has checked. So we build products that check it — a rental marketplace where listings are reconfirmed every week, small apps that give owners their own numbers — and keep what they learn in one layer of verified data.
Two engines feed that layer. Business services, starting with Tap, are thin and cheap and meant to pay their own way. Platforms — estate, the Expard engine and the data layer itself — are where most of our building goes. We start in Almaty; every next city or country is a separate decision, made once the last one works.
Our story
exPardus started with a problem one of us kept running into: renting a flat, buying a car, selling his own things, and never being sure what was real. The fix was a marketplace, first as a Telegram bot and then as a full AI-assisted platform.
In September 2026 we shelved it. We could not fund the engineers, support and infrastructure it needed to take off, and it never reached the size a marketplace needs to work. We kept the hard parts — the listing pipeline, the moderation core, the lessons — and changed the plan: launch with data first, one district at a time, with our own team doing the checking.
We grew up around family businesses and know what they struggle with. That is why business services are part of exPardus from the start.

Prototypes in days
A working prototype of Tap is built in eight days, and the first version of the Expard engine in five.

Building in the open
claude-fleet, cc-oracle and multi-codex — the orchestration and safety tooling behind our own engineering — are published on GitHub.
September 2026
A new plan
We shelve the marketplace and set the direction: a verified data layer for businesses and property, fed by business services and platforms, with estate as the flagship.
Today
Building, not selling yet
Estate and the data layer are in development, a first version of the Tap tags service is built and tested locally, a first pilot venue is lined up, and we are in talks with a design partner for Expard. No customers or revenue yet.
How we work
Four principles we hold ourselves to01
Checked, not claimed
We say what is built, what is designed and what is still an idea, and every product carries its status. If we cannot show it, we do not say it.

Money buys tools, never position
On our platforms, nobody can pay to rank higher. People pay for tools and services, not for placement.

Practical AI
A language model can propose; a deterministic engine has to prove it before anyone sees the result. AI goes where it can be shown to help.

Owners' data, explained
Business owners see their own data first. Only anonymised aggregates go into the shared data layer, never personal data, and we will explain this in plain language before anyone signs up.
How we build
A small team at a large outputA manager session dispatches work to a fleet of coding agents across our repositories; every change is reviewed adversarially before it merges; and the moment an agent is unsure, it consults a read-only oracle instead of guessing. When a second model's hands help, Codex workers run alongside. We built that tooling ourselves, and we publish it.
The same discipline applies to what we ship: a written spec before code, a test suite on every repository, and plain footnotes wherever a claim has limits.
