How we work
There is no layer between the people who decide and the people who ship. Every product has a written spec before it has code, every repo has tests, and our own tooling reviews our work before it merges — the same discipline we publish in the open.
We work in Kazakh, Russian and English. We say what is built, what is designed and what is still an idea, and we put that status on every product.
Join us
We plan to hire: an operations lead in Almaty to set up listing checks and a small calling team, engineers who build with AI coding tools. We are also looking for a commercial partner in Almaty who has sold to small businesses. If that is you, write to us.
